Grassy Fork Volunteer Fire & Rescue in Hartford, TN (Cocke County): Have supplies, just need help distributing. Can’t contact due to no service. *This is the main distribution to Hartford, Del Rio, Denton Road, Cosby, Hot Springs (NC), and they are currently working to get access to Fines Creek (NC) where people are trapped – No access unless you have 4×4. *Not recommended for children.
